Ingredients

Strawberries | Banana | Nectarine |Carrots

Milk |Vanilla Extract |Honey |Chia seeds

Recipe

Start by boiling some baby carrots for 10 minutes to soften them. Then add a 1/2 cup of your milk of choice, a tspn of honey, and a tspn of vanilla extract. Add 4 frozen strawberries, 4 peach slices, 1/2 a banana,  & 6 boiled baby carrots. Blend for 2 cycles, garnish and top with chia seeds!

The strawberries are packed with anti-oxidants which have benefits for heart health and blood sugar control. The  carrots and nectarine are a treat for your eyes and your senses because they have a lot of vitamins and minerals, including beta-carotene, which turns into vitamin A, and is needed to support the normal immune system of our skin and our eyes. The banana has many essential health benefits like being a great source of vitamin b, & potassium. The chia seed topping helps improve digestive health.
