Strawberries | Banana | Nectarine |Carrots
Milk |Vanilla Extract |Honey |Chia seeds
Start by boiling some baby carrots for 10 minutes to soften them. Then add a 1/2 cup of your milk of choice, a tspn of honey, and a tspn of vanilla extract. Add 4 frozen strawberries, 4 peach slices, 1/2 a banana, & 6 boiled baby carrots. Blend for 2 cycles, garnish and top with chia seeds!
